Symptoms
If the FUYL™ Locker is not functioning properly and you are seeing the no lock comms error on the screen then please check the following.
Note: Unplug the FUYL Locker from it's power source and allow it to completely dissipate any power (Wait 30s).
Procedure
Please check each of these connectors and cables in your FUYL Locker MK1. If either power or communications to the lock controller board are interrupted then the no lock comms error will appear.
If the issue continues to persist after you have checked that there are no loose connections then please contact support.
