Overview
In some cases, an administrator may require access to a bay in a FUYL Smart Locker, with or without affecting the workflow in progress.
If there is no power to the FUYL Locker, follow the manual override process.
Process
The process by which to open the bay differs between cloud management options and hardware.
FUYL 23, 15, 8 or 5 on Enhanced (with Kiosk)
If either the FUYL Smart Locker or FUYL Kiosk cannot connect to the cloud, follow the manual process.
- Access and authenticate in the Settings menu from the FUYL Kiosk (Cog/gear icon at the bottom right)
- Select View tower.
- Identify which bay to open, and select Unlock bay to its right.
This does not alter the state of any workflow (eg charging session) in progress unless prompted. See the workflow-specific documentation for more management options.
FUYL 15 or 5 on Classic (Essentials & Advanced) or Standalone
- Access and authenticate at the FUYL Locker's own interface, using "00" then "OK" followed by an administrator's PIN.
The default PIN of an un-enrolled FUYL Locker is 31082018. This updates to individual Admin PINs once enrolled - Select Bay access
- Select Unlock bay
- Enter the bay number to be opened, followed by "OK".
This does not alter the state of any workflow (reservation or status). To clear credentials (make available) or toggle a bay's offline status, return to the Bay access menu.
FUYL 15 or 5 MK1 (White doors)
- Turn and hold the administration key (smaller barrel) for a moment
- Enter the administrator PIN followed by "OK"
By default this is 23350743, and it does not change when updating the web-authentication password. It is recommended this be changed at the locker after first use. - Select (1) Open one locker followed by the bay number to open
This does not alter the state of any workflow (reservation or status)
