Your locker can be configured so that bays become unavailable after they have been accessed. This can be used to in a break-fix workflow to limit access to a device that is in a bay once the bay is closed.
Setting up the take bays offline feature on an account
- Log in to the FUYL Portal
- Select the Account level node in the Connected Stations list
- Select the Settings tab from the right-hand side panel.
- Toggle on the “Take bay offline when accessed” option
- The bay will now be set to offline after the bay has been accessed
Setting Up the take bays offline feature for a Node or Locker
Authorized users and locker settings configurations are inherited from the Account node . If desired settings can be overridden and applied to individual lockers or groups of lockers (nodes) by selecting the node or locker at any level.
- Log into the FUYL Portal
- Select Dashboard in the left control panel.
- Select the desired node or locker within the Connected Stations list
- Select the settings tab from the right-hand panel
- Toggle the ‘Inherited’ switch next to ‘Take bay offline when accessed’ to ‘Overridden.’
