Take Bays Offline When Accessed

Your locker can be configured so that bays become unavailable after they have been accessed. This can be used to in a break-fix workflow to limit access to a device that is in a bay once the bay is closed.

Setting up the take bays offline feature on an account

1. Log in to the FUYL Portal
2. Select the Account level node in the Connected Stations list
3. Select the Settings tab from the right-hand side panel.
4. Toggle on the “Take bay offline when accessed” option
5. The bay will now be set to offline after the bay has been accessed

Setting Up the take bays offline feature for a Node or Locker

Authorized users and locker settings configurations are inherited from the Account node . If desired settings can be overridden and applied to individual lockers or groups of lockers (nodes) by selecting the node or locker at any level.

1. Log into the FUYL Portal
2. Select Dashboard in the left control panel.
3. Select the desired node or locker within the Connected Stations list
4. Select the settings tab from the right-hand panel
5. Toggle the ‘Inherited’ switch next to ‘Take bay offline when accessed’ to ‘Overridden.’
