Temporary credentials allow you to assign a temporary pin or RFID value to a bay, which is cleared once the bay has been accessed. This can be used for one-time actions like picking up device.

Set up a temporary credential

1. Login to the FUYL Portal
2. Select the locker from the Connected Stations list
3. Select the bay name that you would like to assign from the right-hand panel
4. Select the assign temporary credentials button
5. Enter a pin or RFID value, select save
6. The bay light will now turn white and can only be accessed by the assigned credentials

Removing temporarily assigned credentials

1. Log into the FUYL Portal
2. Select the locker from the Connected Stations list
3. Select the bay name from the right hand side panel. Bays that have been reserved will show a light grey box next to the bay name.
4. The user name that has reserved the bay will appear under the bay status
5. To clear the reservation, select the remove button next to the user name and then select yes in the pop up confirmation
