New Feature: Automatic loaner during a repair
You can now loan a device to a user after they have dropped off a broken device for repair. This new feature allows you to link together a loan workflow with a repair workflow. Enabling this feature will show an additional screen on the FUYL Kiosk during the repair workflow, asking the user if they want to loan a device.
This feature can be enabled by creating or editing a repair workflow in the FUYL Portal.

New Feature: Repairs Dashboard
Our new Repairs Dashboard simplifies this once-complex task by giving you a clear, bird’s-eyeview of broken devices waiting for collection in your FUYL Towers. This intuitive dashboard is split into two simple tabs—"Broken Devices"and"Repaired Devices"— making it easy to track exactly where each device stands, view device status across all locations, and plan your collection routes accordingly.
View your repairs dashboard in the FUYL Portal by selecting the tool icon in the navigation.

New Feature: Loan device limit
You can now limit how many devices a user is allowed to loan at one time. If users reach the limit, they're politely directed to see staff for assistance, making device distribution fairer and easier to manage.
You can configure this setting by creating or editing a loan device workflow from the FUYL Portal.
Feature update: Set loan limits by hours
Limiting how long a user is allowed to loan a device is one of our most popular features. This feature has been updated, allowing you to select fixed loan periods within specified days or hours, or ensure same-day returns by the end of school or business hours.
You can configure this setting by creating or editing a loan device workflow from the FUYL Portal.
New Feature: First in, last out loan device
The FUYL Kiosk will now loan out the device that has been charging the longest, ensuring users receive the most charged device when they borrow from the FUYL Tower.
This feature is automatically enabled for all loaning workflows.
